Solidification process analysis and parameter optimization of powder coating by electrostatic spraying

چکیده

Abstract Aiming at formulating reasonable curing process parameters of powder coating, solving the problems over-drying thin plate and impervious drying thick during combined workpieces with different thicknesses, analyzing optimal temperature range coating by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), designing a three-factor four-level DOE test scheme within to time are necessary. Using Minitab analysis software, significance influence various factors on is verified model built this basis. The results show that furnace workpiece thickness have significant effects shortest longest coating. And there no obvious interaction between heating rate. based can effectively solve problem composite plates thicknesses reduce energy consumption.
